Adam Aman Malik is the managing attorney at
Malik & Associates, PLLC. Previous to that, Adam spent 5 years working for the Dallas office of a very well-known and well-reputed
immigration law firm, Petty & Associates, PLLC. Before launching in the private sector, Adam worked for the United States Department of Homeland Security (US DHS) as an Adjudications Officer with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (US CIS). Before joining USCIS, Adam worked at the Detention and Removal Office (DRO) of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (US ICE) as a DRA. He has extensive experience as a Federal Immigration Officer and brings substantial insight as to how cases can be moved smoothly through the US immigration agencies. He has handled numerous fraud investigations and interviews, for the US Government, while at USCIS. While at USCIS, Adam received the Guttenberg award for excellence when he graduated as the valedictorian officer at the nationwide immigration officers’ training academy. Adam was also distinguished as an officer by receiving other awards at the USCIS Dallas Field Office. Adam handles immigration litigation,
deportation defense, US citizenship issues, and other immigration matters. Adam is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
