Ana María Sánchez is the Office Manager at Malik & Associates, PLLC. She is a Venezuelan Attorney, graduated first position in her class, with an outstanding reputation as a Criminal Judge (Common Crimes, Drugs, Laundry Money & Gender Crimes) practicing law from the bench and as University Professor of law in Venezuela. She holds several master’s degrees (Criminal Law, Criminalistics, Philosophy, Judiciary Career and Human Rights) from different countries, such as Spain, Colombia, Venezuela and also worked at Inter American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica. Speaker in different countries in Law matters. She became one of the exclusive list of less than 75 Foreign Attorneys licensed as FLCs in the state of Texas with a certificate and bar card from the State Bar of Texas making her an official Foreign Legal Consultant (FLC). Ana María also bears a Master of Science of Law with Juris Master, and she has been certified as Immigration Paralegal and a Human Right Defender Endow by Court AICAC-HR. Fervent of Law and being deeply involved -through her acting career- in Human Rights, upon immigrating to the United States in 2018, she became aware of her passion for immigration law, an area in which she has been working since then. Ana María will sit the California Bar Exam in February 2022.
