Eric Robicheaux believes immigration law is rooted in helping people, by following procedure. Winner of a CALI award in immigration law, he is the newest of-counsel with Malik & Associates.
Born and raised in the Houston-Galveston area, Eric graduated from South Texas College of Law, continuing a family tradition. With a background in civil service and charity work, Eric fights tirelessly for his clients, the people behind the cases. Graduating top of his field as an undergraduate at University of Houston Clear Lake, Eric’s grasp of procedural law will benefit those he represents. Focusing on criminal law and procedure, while working closely with law enforcement, Eric is also eager to help those needing civil legal assistance. Eric understands the value of knowledge, knowing it should be passed on freely, via grit and determination.
Personally, Eric is close to his family. He values relationships, loyalty, and trust above all else. This philosophy makes Eric both a passionate advocate, and compassionate counselor. Eric will uphold the law and forge desirable outcome for clients whenever possible. Eric understands that immigration law entails fighting for families, and draws upon his closeness to his own family to better represent those of his clients.
